Gleeds is an independent global Construction consultancy, specializing in Program and Project Management, Project Controls and Strategic Advisory.
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to be dedicated to one of our key clients in the Atlanta, GA area. The PM will be a project/implementation manager to coordinate efforts between the Construction department and a GIS implementation team, helping to advocate for the construction group through the development process.

Role and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
- Represent the construction group's interest throughout project(s) and manage project risks and minimize exposure.
- Establishing project objectives, strategy, and scopes.
- Managing communications with project stakeholders.
- Meet with program team members on a regular basis to review progress and costs.
- Estimate development and refinement.
- Experience of schedule development, progress, and delivery milestones.
- Tracking project resource availability.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Review and approval of change orders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
