Glen Arden CCRC, a 40 bed SNF, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager
the qualified candidate will have
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university; or graduation from an approved Diploma Nursing program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered licensed to work in the state of New York as a NYS Registered Nurse;
- ·Must have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a nursing home or acute care setting
- the ability to delegate resident care tasks to the Nurse Aide Trainees and Nursing staff under your supervision, and carrying out the Resident Care Policies and Procedures established by the facility.
- · the responsible for overseeing the care and services rendered to residents on your unit 24 hours-a-day; and the accountability of the staff working on your unit.
