Job Requirements
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:
- Recording patient medical histories accurately
- Taking and recording vital signs

- Monitoring fluid intake and output and maintaining accurate patient charts

- Administering medications, injections, and enemas as prescribed
- Cleaning and dressing wounds and providing basic medical care
- Collecting lab samples as assigned
- Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
