About You:
- You are an Experienced Veterinary Technician dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.

- You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
- You exhibit strong people skills in managing a tech/assistant team including (but not limited to):
- Scheduling assistants
- Coordinating continuing education
- Recruiting/Hiring/Training new team members
- Supervising & conflict resolution
- Performance reviews and performance improvement plans (in conjunction with HM and MDVM)
- You can adapt to the individual needs of each patient and truly want to make a difference.
- You have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities of a veterinary technician including (but not limited to):
- Venipuncture
- Placing IV Catheters
- Drug Calculations
- Administration of Medications (IV or other methods)
- Taking Vitals
- Gathering Medical History
- Monitoring Anesthesia
- Assisting in Surgery and Dentals
Schedule:
- Typically 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
- This can be flexible
- Weekends (when needed to cover for team member's PTO)

- $25 (Starting at, based on experience)

Required:
Illinois Licensure
Minimum 4 years experience as a veterinary technician.
