ASFC Birthday Party Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Birthday Party Coordinator at Ackerman SFC, you will play a crucial role in making children's birthdays extra special and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. You'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing parties, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This role is part-time and ideal for individuals who are energetic, organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and great with children. 

          Key Responsibilities:

• • • Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties including scheduling, decorations, activities, and catering. 
    • Communicate effectively with parents to understand their preferences and requirements for the party.
    • Plan and organize engaging activities and games for children of various ages. 
    • Ensure that all party supplies and equipment are prepared and set up according to the party schedule.
    • Supervise party activities to ensure safety and adherence to facility policies. 
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise before, during, or after parties.
    • Maintain cleanliness and order of party areas before, during, and after parties. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in event planning, preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
