Track Coach

Glen Ellyn District 41 is Seeking a Track Coach at Hadley Jr High Elementary Group II

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training programs for skill enhancement and injury prevention.
• Teach proper techniques and strategies for track and field events.
• Support athletes' academic progress.
• Ensure the safety of student-athletes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Attend track meets and provide on-site guidance.

Qualifications:

• Previous track coaching experience, preferably at the junior high level.
• Strong knowledge of track and field events.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.
