Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome executives, clients, and walk-ins with a professional demeanor
- Provide customers with product support and consultations
- Develop lead generation strategies for Design Studio and BDM teams
- Drive new opportunities through lead qualification and follow-up
- Generate opportunities to drive sales and achieve targets
- Attend networking events to develop new business relationships
- Confirm and schedule design studio appointments through shared calendars.
- Partner with the Events Manager to manage events and conferences, as well as address potential problems that might arise
- Attend all events (where appropriate) to create and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed.
- Provide operational support in the NYC design studio, handling customer requests and inquiries.

- Flexibility with schedule to assist and support our other locations
- College degree in business/marketing, architectural, interior design, engineering or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of building product materials, property, real-estate and construction industry preferred
- One to Three years previous experience in sales/customer service preferred but not essential.
- Ability to travel
