Key Qualifications">
- Relevant degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, ideally in the brick and masonry or similar heavy industry sectors.
- Strong background in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
