Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Manufacturing workstream. This pivotal role will oversee the development and implementation of operational best practices across our network of brick plants nationwide.
Duties Include:
- Leadership & Strategy Implementation: Lead the Manufacturing workstream, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies. Provide direction and guidance to the project team.
- Operations Improvement Plan: Identify opportunities for process improvements across the network of brick plants. Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare and analyze performance data to drive transformation strategy and execution. Track balanced scorecards and derive business insights and action plans.
- Standard Setting and Performance Management: Manage labour, material, and energy spend standards and performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Oversee program budget in cooperation with sites.
- Improvement Tools Deployment: Deploy best practices on Lean manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance amongst sites.
