What are the responsibilities and job description for the Geriatric Nurse Aide (GNA) - Assisted Living position at Glen Meadows Retirement Community?
Compensation from $20 - $22 - (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials!
Additional clinical premiums for experience!
Status/Shift: Part Time Day, Evening and Nights
Rotating weekends and holidays
Extra $1.50/Hour Weekend Differential

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Maryland GNA certification required
- Previous experience as a Nurse Aide, Nursing Assistant or GNA preferred
- Certified Medication Technician required
- Active CPR preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing and feeding.
- Respond to resident call lights and general needs or requests.
- Transport patients.
- Responsible for cleanliness of equipment.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment.
- Deliver quality care to residents.
