What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Living Sales Counselor position at Glen Meadows Retirement Community?
The Sales Counselor is responsible for direct sales of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Health Center units to successfully achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Two years of sales or marketing experience required
- Previous real estate or retirement community sales experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Must be able to provide excellent customer support
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Responsible for managing leads and sales to achieve goals.
- Exhibits professionalism at all times.
- Completes tour, application and sales process with potential leads.
- Utilizes marketing database.
- Ensures all prospects receive appropriate follow up.
- Endorses community in positive way to the greater community.
