Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Server to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in our establishment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by delivering top-notch service and assisting with their needs.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Serve food and drinks to guests at the pool in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Proficiency with Jonas POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food industry practices and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and promotions
