4.00 Shift Differential for 2pm-10pm and $3.00 Shift Differential for overnights!

Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at GlenOaks, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Your duties will include :
- Resident Care : Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene, while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Mobility Assistance : Help residents with transferring in and out of bed, chairs, and assist with ambulation as necessary.
- Vital Signs : Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing team.
- Care Plan Assistance : Work with the nursing staff to follow and update care plans for residents, ensuring that their personal needs and preferences are met.
- Resident Monitoring : Observe residents' health and behaviors, document changes, and promptly report concerns to the nursing team or supervisor.
- Safety and Infection Control : Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare providers, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and therapists, to provide holistic care to residents.
- Communication : Establish positive relationships with residents and families, and communicate changes in care needs or health status in a timely and professional manner.
- Emergency Response : Assist in responding to medical emergencies, and support the nursing staff as needed.
