Glen Raven is seeking an experienced digital-first creative designer, in a contract role, to support brand and sales initiatives through web, email and digital programs for our Trivantage brand. This designer will be versed in the customer journey, have forward-thinking vision on how digital can complement existing and new sales approaches, and is someone who can strategize and execute efficiently. While web and email will be primary areas of focus, consultation and collaboration on digital & social media will be paramount to help synergize the brand & customer experience across all touchpoints.
This role is best suited for a resourceful and collaborative designer, who thrives in understanding how their work can drive results. This candidate is excited by a growth-orientated environment and isn't afraid to challenge existing work and ask "why".
Experience working with B2B customers, multiple product lines & categories, and shares an understanding of distribution business models will be greatly valued.
The digital designer will be a part of a marketing & creative team, collaborating with an Art Director, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Brand Activators, Marketers, Web & Customer Service teams as well as Agency Partners. This role carries a high degree of refinement, organization, consistency and front / back-end collaboration, while working under established brand standards - tailored for digital.
- This is a contract 1099 role, with an expected length of 3 months with possible extension
Responsibilities :
Responsible for interpreting creative briefs and work orders, fostering alignment with the Art Director, Designers, Web team members and Marketing Managers.Illustrates digital-first workflows primarily for web & email. Driving cohesion, conversion and improved customer experiences.Produces visually engaging content for digital platforms, working closely with Marketing & Creative to develop on-brand and eye-catching experiences.Builds presentations, mockups and production ready assets with a high degree of refinement, accuracy and consistency.Builds, resizes, and maintains templates to drive consistency and efficiency.Maintains a high-level of organization and archive of production ready artwork.Solves problems independently and troubleshoots solutions, consulting with the broader team for alignment.Occasional photo editing, retouching and graphic development.Supports creative production in all stages of concept and development, outlining production specsDelivers completed work within set timelines and submission datesResponds to direction, is resourceful, and provides feedback in a timely mannerCurrent with latest software, trends, designs and digital-tacticsEducation and Experience :
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
