No experience necessary - we offer a training program that will help you become familiar with the YUSA swim curriculum and give you opportunities to shadow and learn from expert instructors. What You'll Do : As a Swim Instructor at the YMCA, you will :
- Teach swimming techniques and skills to children and adults of all ages.
- Lead group or individual lessons based on the YUSA curriculum, adapting to the needs of different skill levels.
- Help swimmers progress from basic skills to more advanced techniques, all while promoting water safety.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all participants are swimming in safe areas.

- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
