What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) position at Glenbeigh Hospital?
This position will be a part of Ashtabula Regional Medical Center's (ARMC) new Patient Care Tower. The Patient Care Tower is a 115,000 square foot multi-story building which holds 55 new private patient rooms. This includes a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms in the Surgical Suite, and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department. The new patient rooms have private bathrooms and showers that are more spacious/comfortable for families while visiting their loved ones.
The new tower creates a better environment for our patients and caregivers while incorporating the latest technology in healthcare. Caregiver input was a critical piece during the tower design process. Caregivers were involved to ensure the tower was designed around their workflow, not the other way around.
