Glenbrook High School District 225's Human Resources Department is seeking an Executive Assistant for Human Resources for the 2025-2026 school year. The start date for this position is July 1, 2025.
The Executive Assistant for Human Resources plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department serving as a key point of contact for staff, applicants, and external partners. This role manages onboarding, recordkeeping, scheduling, and compliance-related tasks while maintaining HR systems and processing employee reimbursements and verifications. The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director with calendar management, board reporting, and coordination of HR programs and events, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of executive administrative support or human resources (school district preferred)
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
- Desire for continued professional development is essential.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be used to meet the qualifications requirements.
