What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Shop Assistant/Cashier position at Glencoe Golf Club?

Responsibilities include opening/closing the golf shop, answering the phone in a courteous and professional manner, making tee times, checking in customers and handling all cash/credit card transactions, managing outside staff, offering top notch customer service to all golfers.
Employees are eligible for complimentary play/practice privileges, staff uniforms, discounts on equipment/merchandise, and discounted meals while on duty.
Must be able to work a mix of early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays as required.
Position available for 25-40 hours per week beginning in March until mid/late November (flexible.)
Knowledge of the golf game and prior experience at a golf facility is preferred!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
