Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Duration: Mid-May through mid-August 2025, dependent on candidate school schedule
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds to provide a professional, best first impression of our organization. This is done by performing grounds duties that include: mowing, trimming, weeding, landscaping, leaf-raking, mulch replacement, irrigation monitoring, composting, seeding, turf management, exterior pressure washing, painting, and trash pickup. This position will also assist GRH Maintenance Engineers with projects as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Has experience operating power mowers, hedge trimmers, weed whip, leaf vacuum, chainsaw, and lawn tractors. Has basic knowledge of equipment upkeep.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Valid Class D Minnesota driver's license; free of moving violations.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Can work for extended periods of time in outdoor elements.
- Strong customer focus with ability to multi-task, work independently and as a member of the Maintenance team.
- Can perform heavy physical labor on a daily basis.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.
Hourly Range:
$17.20 to $18.42
