2025 Summer Internship - Human Resources

About the role:

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

• Help administer the Company’s HR platform;
• Support Benefit Administration and Payroll processes;
• Connect with employees and other departments;
• Provide support for ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.
  
  

As the successful candidate you will have experience in, and demonstrate the following:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent with excellent academic record.
• Strong analysis/writing/planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel & Word.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and good time management / organizational skills.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial, willing to learn.
  
  

Additional information:

• This is a paid internship – $23/hour.
• In person office attendance is required in accordance with Glencore’s US policy (currently Monday – Thursday).
• Office is located at 330 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10017.
• Intern will be responsible for transport costs to/from the Glencore office.
• Summer 2025 – exact dates TBD.
