This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products visually and with precision tools to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will interpret technical specifications and blueprints to verify tolerances, identify and document defects or non-conformance, and report inspection results to management.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience inspecting aerospace or military products, knowledge of quality standards, blueprints, and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges), and familiarity with ANSI Y14.5, True Position, and non-conformance reporting (NCR). You should also possess basic shop math and computer skills (MRP software, Adobe Acrobat) and be able to communicate effectively. Furthermore, you must be dependable and committed to maintaining quality.
