Description
Now Hiring : Quality Inspector - Machine Shop Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a full-time Quality Inspector on the machine shop floor! We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help maintain the high-quality standards of our aerospace and military products.
What You'll Do :
Inspect finished products visually and with precision tools to ensure quality standards are met.
Interpret technical specifications and blueprints to verify tolerances.
Identify and document defects or non-conformance.
Report inspection results to management.
Follow safety procedures and protocols.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Experience inspecting aerospace or military products preferred.
Knowledge of quality standards, blueprints, and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Familiar with ANSI Y14.5, True Position, and non-conformance reporting (NCR).
Basic shop math and computer skills (MRP software, Adobe Acrobat).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must pass a visual acuity exam for near distance and color perception annually.
Must be dependable and committed to maintaining quality.
Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees).
Shifts :
Full-time : Mon-Fri, 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm or 6 : 00am-3 : 30pm (every other Friday off)
Pay :
18.50-$25.50 per hour
