Until Filled The DCHS Softball Program is seeking a Junior Varsity Coach to assist in the development and mentorship of student-athletes. Given the unique needs of our program, we are prioritizing candidates who can provide essential support for female athletes, including supervision in locker rooms, ensuring appropriate accommodations during overnight trips, and facilitating sensitive conversations when needed.
We are looking for a coach who demonstrates a genuine care for athletes, possesses strong knowledge of the game of softball, and is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all players. This position is integral to the success of our program and will play a key role in developing the skills, character, and teamwork of our student-athletes. Coaches are expected to serve as role models, promote sportsmanship, and contribute to a culture of positivity and growth both on and off the field.
