The Respiratory Therapist works with providers, nurses, and ancillary departments to provide quality care for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. The Respiratory Therapist will work proficiently in the inpatient and outpatient areas, including diagnostics with cardiopulmonary testing.Required Skills / Abilities : Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Ability to adjust workload to meet department demands, and time management constraints.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience : Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.Successful completion of the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) CRT and / or RRT exam(s) or eligible to take the exams and have passed within 18 months of hire required.Position : Full Time
