Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked shop by monitoring inventory levels and restocking items as needed.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process sales and manage transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Upsell merchandise and promote special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area, including displays and stockrooms.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls promptly and professionally, providing information about products or services.
Requirements
