About the Role:
Our nurses play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents in our vibrant retirement community. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a safe and supportive environment, addressing both physical and emotional health concerns.
Schedule:
11p-7a Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in a long-term care or retirement community setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and monitor residents' health status regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and wellness.
- Respond to calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Document all nursing care and resident interactions accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
