Our Am Law 100 Capital Markets department is seeking candidates with experience working on transactions that provide debt financing solutions for fund sponsors and fund investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders and NAV facilities. Prior work with private equity fund sponsors or lenders to such sponsors and prior knowledge of or interest in structured finance and capital markets is necessary. Qualified candidates must have experience reviewing private equity fund documents, drafting debt financing documents, managing transactions and working on a deal team. Ideal candidates will be driven, motivated to learn, and poised to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice. Compensation is estimated to be $235,000 to $310,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
