Position Overview:
As a Car Sales Executive at Glenn Auto Group, you will play a key role in our continued success. You will assist customers in finding their ideal Chevrolet vehicle while delivering outstanding customer service and creating lasting relationships. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused professionals who are eager to grow with us and make their mark in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the car-buying process, including selecting vehicles, discussing features, test drives, and financing options.
- Provide detailed information on Chevrolet models, pricing, promotions, and trade-in values.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
- Stay updated on new product features, promotions, and automotive trends to provide the best advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a professional and welcoming dealership environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings, as required by dealership hours.
- A passion for cars and helping people find the right vehicle.
