Parts Counter/Delivery

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive customer experience. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
• Assist with order fulfillment by ensuring that all items are delivered as requested.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience in cash handling is preferred, demonstrating reliability in financial transactions.
• Knowledge of automotive repair or service is a plus, aiding in vehicle maintenance understanding.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics can enhance efficiency in addressing vehicle issues on the road.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customer bases.
• Previous experience in retail sales or sales management can be beneficial for enhancing customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing deliveries.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
