Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and final purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about the latest models, features, and industry trends to effectively educate customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom and ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
