Experienced Only CDJR Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and excellent communication skills. The Senior Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose complex issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including diesels at times.
- Utilize hand tools and other specialized equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective solutions for complex automotive electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring that their vehicles are returned to them in a safe and reliable condition.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a mechanic or senior technician in a dealership or repair shop environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and Wi-Tech technology.
- Experience working with CDJR vehicles and diesel engines.
- Familiarity with hand tools and other specialized equipment.
- Ability to maintain and repair vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
