POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, couples and/or family therapy at the Behavior Health Center. In addition, therapists will provide behavioral health consultation services to the Primary Care Teams within Pediatric and Adult outpatient clinics:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's in Social Work
- LCSW (California license)
- California Driver’s License
- Two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consultations about clients
- Initial mental health evaluations resulting in realistic treatment plans
- Assessing clients using standardized assessment/screening tools, measures, etc.
- Provide brief, solution focused therapy;
- Provide group psychoeducation/treatment related to chronic medical conditions;
- Provide information and referral services;
- Care coordination
- Crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
- Provision of other services related to wellness
- Documentation of services provided in accordance with requirements
- Other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services
- Individual psychotherapy with children, adults and families
- Documentation and scheduling in electronic health record
- Provide psychotherapy to children and adults; · other duties as assigned
Salary : $50 - $62
