Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Glens Falls Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide top-notch care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
- Observing Residents to identify any changes or concerns.
- Reporting health issues to supervising nurses for timely intervention.
- Ensuring residents' personal hygiene needs are met, including bed baths and other essential tasks.
- Preparing meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake to maintain accurate records.
- Feeding residents and serving nutritional supplements as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy living space for residents.
- Transporting residents within the facility with dignity and care.
- Preventing bedsores by turning bedridden residents regularly.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Succesful completion of a CNA program.
- Current CNA State Certification.
- In good standing with the State Registry.
