Job Title : Technologist
Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : Minimum of 1-year nuclear medicine experience required; CT experience a plus; previous travel experience strongly encouraged
License : New York State Radiologic Technologist License
Certifications : ARRT (N) or CNMT / NMTCB certificate, BLS
Must-Have : Venipuncture experience, GE machine experience, EPIC EMR experience, McKesson PACS experience. Travelers from specific counties in New York will not be considered for this assignment. Personal vehicle required.
Job Description :
- Ensure readiness for a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
- Engage in verbal de-escalation training through specified programs.
- Note and verify any requested time off at upload, with a maximum of five days allowed.
- Comply with dress code requiring personal scrubs of any color, without designs or cartoons. Hoodies are not permitted.
- Complete a non-billable orientation of 8 hours.
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to five shifts per contract with a notice of two hours.
- Ensure review and compliance with all medical and vaccination requirements before upload.
- Provide a work history, pertinent skills checklist within the past year, and a supervisory signed reference from the past two years.
- Upload current licenses and certifications with the profile, including a permanent address matching the driver's license / State ID, for validation during the compliance process.
- Be prepared for no block scheduling as it will not be considered.
