Unit Details : Consist of mainly tele / cardiac patients # of Beds in unit : 16 RN to Patient ratio : 4 : 1 Patient Population : Adult - Geriatric Dress code : any color scrubs Remote Tele Unit MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x / shift Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Cancellation policy : Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract, must give 2 hr notice Dress Code : Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies. Job Requirements
MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
3 years experience required
Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights
Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac / Tele, Med-Tele Units - Required
MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x / shift
Neuro / stroke experience encouraged

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented
Profile Requirements : Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license / certs)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License / State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in profile) : Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington
