Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Patio Grill Manager to lead our vibrant outdoor dining outlet. The Patio Grill serves both golfers coming off the course and guests enjoying the pool area, making it a dynamic and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven Food & Beverage professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Patio Grill, including both golfer and poolside service
- Lead and motivate a small team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure the highest levels of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Manage inventory and ordering of beverages and supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team on daily offerings and seasonal menus
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain POS accuracy and manage daily financial reporting
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Uphold Glenwild standards for service, safety, and member satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role
- Private club or resort experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and remain calm under pressure
- ServSafe and/or food handler certifications (or ability to obtain)
