- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medication usage, and self-care techniques
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical records
```Qualifications```
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and performing basic medical procedures such as tube feeding
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in both acute care and primary care settings
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
