What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Staff Development Coordinator position at Glenwood Health Center by Harborview?
Assist new hires with orientation process through RELIAS training
Compile employee files, ensuring they are complete with reference checks, background checks and more
Conduct competencies with nursing staff
Assist all staff with required training.
Monitor staff to assess for areas of needed training and ensure training is completed and staff have the knowledge to complete required job duties
All other duties as assigned by DON
Job Type: Full-time
