Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Physical Therapy Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our busy practice. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the office, manage staff and resources, and provide exceptional service to both patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient intake processes.
- Supervise and support office staff. (one remote employee)
- Oversee patient communication, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Coordinate with physical therapy staff to ensure appointments and patient care run efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Assist with billing and insurance processes, resolving any claims or payment issues.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and supplies to maintain cost efficiency.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office environment, addressing any staff or operational issues.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or physical therapy setting.
- Knowledge of billing and insurance processes, including prior authorizations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
