What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Plant Operations position at Glenwood Regional Medical Center?
POSITION SUMMARY
Plan, organize, direct, and control the facilities management functions of the hospital, including but not limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and disposal of plant facilities and equipment. Establish goals, objectives, standards of performance, develop and implement operating policies and procedures; interpret policies, standards, regulations, and codes to personnel.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Healthcare plant operations experience preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience in Hospital maintenance.
