Job Summary
Glenwood seeks a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Department Administrative Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting the Accounting Department and helping maintain accurate and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in safeguarding inventory and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Preparing proposals and sales quotes for prospective and existing customers.
- Assisting with the preparation of continuing property records.
- Performing a variety of booking and administrative tasks as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role preferred.
