Shift Options Part-time or Full-time:
AM SHIFT
- 8-hour AM shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, every other weekend
PM SHIFT
- 8-hour PM shifts 2:15PM -10:45pm
NOC SHIFT
- 8-hour NOC shift 10:30pm- 6:30am

We’re looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our top-notch nursing team! Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support services (housekeeping, dietary, activities) to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Maintain residents’ physical and emotional well-being, in line with regulations and best practices
- Communicate regularly with staff, residents, families, and visitors
- Take direction from the Director of Clinical Care and Housing Administrator
What You’ll Need:
- Minnesota CNA certification (required)
- Experience with person-directed care in long-term care, home care, or skilled nursing (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with the elderly
- Critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to physically perform job duties and communicate in English
