As the Salesforce Integration Architect / Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires you to be a thought leader in developing integrations for Salesforce CPQ and consumption metering and pricing applications.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across the Revenue Generation lifecycle, tailoring solutions for industry-specific needs.
- Develop and configure usage billing and real-time pricing (Continuous) scenarios to work with SFDC CPQ and other fulfillment tools.
- Design and implement efficient integrations and processes, leveraging SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Conduct complex data analyses, utilizing SQL queries and Python scripts to trace performance issues and provide insights.
- Recognize and address interdependencies within business processes to optimize overall efficiency.
- Provide technical and business guidance on solution design and implementation.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ including product setup, pricing, approvals, and payment processing, ensuring full integration across modules.
- Apply project methodologies, engineering standards, and best practices for system implementation and improvement.
- Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) at unit and integration levels.
- Set and deliver measurable, outcome-based objectives.
- Architect key integrations with dependent systems including internal applications and ERP platform using Workato (IPaaS), Python and SQL as appropriate.
