Your Role
As the Practice Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and improve the practices scheduling processes to maximize efficiency, provider productivity, and patient satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, front desk staff, and leadership to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and refine patient and provider scheduling systems
- Analyze appointment trends and adjust workflows for optimal utilization
- Identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Oversee front office operations and ensure adherence to best practices
- Train staff on scheduling tools and protocols
- Collaborate with providers to align schedules with patient needs and practice goals
- Monitor KPIs such as no-shows, cancellations, and schedule utilization
- Implement and manage scheduling software or enhancements
- Proven experience in a healthcare management or scheduling role (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of medical scheduling systems and software
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Experience working in neurology is a plus
