Overview
Glia’s Coffee Co. is a dynamic, fast-growing specialty coffee shop with two unique locations in El Paso. We’re currently hiring a Cafe & Back-of-House Manager to lead our food program and oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory, prep systems, and team management.
This is the highest leadership position at Glia’s Coffee Co., reporting directly to the owner. You’ll have real authority and responsibility to shape the direction of our food operations and help elevate the business as a whole.
You’ll be stepping into a collaborative leadership structure. Our Front-of-House Manager, who oversees beverage operations and barista staff, will report to you. You’ll also work closely with our Courthouse Location Manager, since the central kitchen supplies that location with baked goods and grab-and-go items (like breakfast burritos, and hopefully more items with your help).
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong culinary experience and a proven track record of executing plans and delivering results. Experience in the coffee industry is a bonus — but the ability to stay organized, efficient, and proactive is non-negotiable.
We’re also looking for someone with a creative edge — someone who can ideate and fully execute seasonal or featured food items. We value dynamic thinking and want a manager who can contribute fresh ideas, develop them into real offerings, and follow through with testing, production, and rollout.
Our main shop — located at 404 Arizona Ave. inside a food hall in which we bring 98% of the business— houses our kitchen and modest bakery setup, fully equipped with new tools and space for growth. This facility supports both our Arizona Ave. shop and our second location inside the Enrique Moreno County Courthouse.
If you're energized by systems, execution, leadership, and creativity — and want to make a meaningful impact at a community-rooted business — we’d love to meet you.
