The role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO and GTM Leaders. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
What you'll do
- Attend high-profile meetings with Executives, take notes and coordinate follow-up
- Manage complex calendars for COO and GTM Leaders
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements
- Develop presentations and materials for different departments
- Special projects and research assignments
- Operational / Administrative office duties in collaboration with HR / Operations teams
- Coordinate complex international travel and scheduling
- Plan and execute events including board meetings, executive meetings, etc.
