Our organization is seeking a highly organized and personable Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. In this position, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office calendars, scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Assist with invoicing, processing receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Will assist in donation collection

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

    Pay : $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
