Customer Loyalty Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Loyalty/Customer Service Agent. This job opportunity starts with a base hourly pay of $14-$16 an hour plus commission. Responsibilities:

-Main Objective will be assisting customers who request to close their accounts with Glide. This will include both inbound and outbound calls
- Answer phones to help service our customers' requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

Qualifications:
- Field/Pest Routes Software experience. A huge plus!
- Solid understanding and experience with at least 3 of the following categories: Customer service, Customer Loyalty, Customer Success, Billing.
- Knowledge of file management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Worked with remote teams, not required, but preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in human resources or team management is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling inbound and outbound phone calls a huge plus.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
