Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide information about our services, assisting customers with their appliance needs
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Process service requests, manage data entry tasks, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with cash handling procedures and ensure transactions are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.
- Schedule Technicians in an efficient and orderly route.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is preferred.
- Experience in a service industry setting preferred (Appliance repair, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry; familiarity with office software is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or client services is an advantage.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
