Responsibilities
Drive Work Streams : Oversee and coordinate activities across the entire technical stack, ensuring all engineering teams are aligned and working efficiently towards common goals. Understand technical challenges and escalate blockers effectively to maintain project momentum.
Facilitate Communication and Reporting : Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure clear and effective communication within the organization. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Manage Issues, Tasks, and Milestones : Track and manage project tasks, issues, and milestones meticulously. Ensure the timely delivery of engineering projects and programs by identifying potential roadblocks early and proactively finding solutions.
Documentation and Education : Maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base, organize educational sessions, and prepare internal documents to support team learning and development. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Qualifications
Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like GitHub, Jira, Notion, or similar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fast learner; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
